  • Transition Towns Wiki www.transitiontowns.org is a resource and inspiration for communities wanting to start grass roots initiatives for responding to the twin challenges of Peak Oil and Climate Change. Altogether now, December 2008, there are 114 Transition Towns worldwide and many more towns and communities are in the process of considering or setting themselves up.
